The Elastos Foundation is pleased to announce that DID Sidechain v0.1.3 and DID Java SDK v1.0 are now available to the public.
With this upgrade for the Elastos DID Sidechain and the initial release of the DID Java SDK, both conform to W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) DID and Verifiable Claims specifications. The DID Sidechain and the DID Java SDK are fully equipped with full lifecycle management capabilities that allow for the creation, updating, querying, and deactivating of decentralized IDs. Most importantly, both provide a complete decentralized identity solution for the entire Elastos ecosystem as well as protection for private ownership of personal data, device identity, digital content, and more.
The v1.0 version is a Java implementation of the Elastos DID SDK, which can be applied to DID-related developments on Android and other platforms.
